摘要
为了实现全景图像的无缝拼接以及应对360°全方位威胁,要求设计一种高速旋转和大范围搜索的光电稳定转台。基于负载结构、速度和轻量化等限制,确定了比较成熟的两轴U型结构转台。从转台的框架结构、支撑结构、轴系结构、动力源形式及驱动方式等方面的进行了具体的设计分析及相关的仿真分析,设计出了最终的转台样机。转台样机试验测试满足指标要求,验证了该结构方案的合理性。
In orcier to realize the seamless mosaic of panoramic images and to deal witli 360°threat,it is necessary to design a high-speed rotating and wide-range search photoelectric stable turntable.Based on load structure,speed and light-weight,a mature U-shaped turntablewithitwoaxesis determined.From theframe structure,support structure,shaft structure,powersource form and driving mode of the turntable,the design and simulation analysis are carried out,and the final turntable prototype is designed.The test of the prototype of the turntable meets the requirements of the index,and verifies the rationality of the structure scheme.
