摘要
目的建立HPLC法同时测定三参降脂液(泽泻、黄芪、丹参等)中24-乙酰泽泻醇A、23-乙酰泽泻醇B、毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、芒柄花苷、毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花素、丹参素、丹酚酸B、丹参酮ⅡA的含有量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Diamonsil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0. 1%甲酸,梯度洗脱;检测波长208、254、280 nm;体积流量0. 9 mL/min;柱温30℃。结果 9种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r> 0. 999 0),平均加样回收率96. 90%~100. 08%,RSD 0. 67%~1. 45%。结论该方法简便准确,专属性强,重复性好,可用于三参降脂液的质量控制。
AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of alisol A 24-acetate,alisol B 23-acetate,calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,ononin,calycosin,formononetin,danshensu,salvianolic acid B and tanshinoneⅡA in Sanshen Jiangzhi Liquid(Alismatis Rhizoma,Astragali Radix,Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,etc.). METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a30 ℃ thermostatic Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0. 1% formic acid flowing at 0. 9 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 208,254,280 nm. RESULTS Nine constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r > 0. 999 0),whose average recoveries were 96. 90%-100. 08% with the RSDs of 0. 67%-1. 45%.CONCLUSION This simple,accurate,specific and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Sanshen Jiangzhi Liquid.
