摘要
为了实现北斗卫星短报文窄带通信传输图像,综合北斗卫星导航系统、图像压缩、嵌入式系统、地理信息系统等技术,构建了基于北斗短报文的图像步进传输技术。对数字图像压缩中具有代表性的几种图像编码方法进行统计,利用小波变换技术压缩图像,通过量化将强相关的空间像素阵影射为不关联和能量分布紧凑的小波系数阵,其中占少数值大的小波系数代表了图像中最主要的能量成分,并用少量信息描述大系数所代表的主要能量成分,从而达到高的压缩比,实现在窄带条件下步进传输静态图像功能。理论与实践证明,基于北斗短报文的图像步进传输对遥感遥测静态图像传输可靠,具有重要的现实意义和实用价值。
In order to realize the narrow-band communication transmission image of Beidou satellite short message,Beidou satellite navigation system,image compression,embedded system,geographic information system and other technologies are integrated to construct a stepping transmission technology based on Beidou short message image was constructed.Several kinds of image coding methods in digital image compression are statistically analyzed.The image is compressed by wavelet transform technology.The strongly correlated spatial pixel matrix is mapped into a wavelet coefficient matrix with uncorrelated and compact energy distribution.A small number of large wavelet coefficients represent the most important energy components in the image,and a small amount of information is used to describe the main energy components represented by large coefficients,thereby achieving a high compression ratio.The function of transmitting static images under narrow-band conditions achieves step-by-step transmission.The theory and practice prove that the stepping transmission based on the Beidou short message image is reliable for the remote sensing telemetry static image transmission,which has practical significance and practical value.
