摘要
目的探讨三乙醇胺乳膏在压力性损伤大鼠创面修复中的应用效果。方法将36只雄性SD大鼠分为空白组、模型组、褥疮膏组和三乙醇胺组,每组9只。除空白组外,其他3组模拟缺血再灌注建立压力性损伤大鼠模型。建模后褥疮膏组及三乙醇胺组分别给予褥疮膏和三乙醇胺乳膏涂抹创面,空白组和模型组不做干预。比较各组大鼠伤口愈合情况及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果模型组、褥疮膏组及三乙醇胺组大鼠的创面面积有随时间减小的趋势(P <0. 05)。用药后第3天、第5天、第7天,与模型组及褥疮膏组比较,三乙醇胺组创面愈合情况更优且创面面积更小(均P <0. 05)。三乙醇胺组用药后第3、7天hs-CRP水平均低于模型组和褥疮膏组(均P <0. 05)。结论三乙醇胺可以促进压力性损伤大鼠的创面愈合,这可能与其降低机体hs-CRP水平有关。
Objective To explore the application effect of triethanolamine cream on the wound healing in the rats with pressure injury.Methods Thirty-six male SD rats were divided into blank group,model group,bedsore ointment group and triethanolamine cream group,with9rats in each group.Except for the blank group,the remaining three groups received ischemia reperfusion to develop the rat model of pressure injury.After modeling,bedsore ointment and triethanolamine cream were applied to the wounds in the bedsore ointment group and triethanolamine cream group respectively,while the blank group and model group did not receive any treatment.The condition of wound healing and the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were compared among the four groups.Results The wound area in the model group,bedsore ointment group and triethanolamine cream group showed a tendency to decrease with time(P<0.05).On the3rd,5th and7th day after medication,the triethanolamine cream group obtained better wound healing and smaller wound area compared with the model group or the bedsore ointment group(all P<0.05).On the3rd and7th day after medication,the hs-CRP levels in the triethanolamine cream group were lower than those in the model group and bedsore ointment group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Triethanolamine can promote wound healing in the rats with pressure injury,which might correlate with its effect on the hs-CRP level decline.
