高层建筑防火中性能化设计方法的运用

Application of performance-based design method in fire prevention of high-rise buildings

简析了高层建筑防火中性能化设计的判定依据,结合高层建筑防火设计流程,详细论述了防火设计方法,并从民用高层建筑和高层办公建筑两方面深入探讨了其设计方法的实际应用效果。结果表明,该防火设计方案完全可以满足高层建筑消防安全设计的要求,为实现高层建筑防火设计的合理化、科学化提供了一条新的思路,以供参考。

This paper briefly analyzes the judging basis of performance-based design in fire prevention of high-rise buildings,and discusses in detail the fire prevention design method combined with the fire prevention design flow of high-rise buildings.Combined with practical cases,the practical application effect of its design method is discussed from two aspects of civil high-rise building and high-rise office building.The result shows that the fire prevention design scheme can completely meet the requirements of fire safety design of high-rise building.In order to realize the rationalization of fire-proof design of high-rise buildings,a new way of thinking is provided for reference.
