选煤厂房结构振动分析

摘要 对选煤厂框架结构进行了振动分析研究,通过对结构振动信号的频谱分析,发现振动信号的主频范围处于钢筋混凝土楼板的第一频率密集区,从而判定该结构的剧烈振动是由于共振原因所致。这表明只要将其楼盖体系的第一频率密集区修改至远离振动源的主频范围,就可使厂房楼板振动有效减至安全水平。该研究结论对同类型结构的设计具有较为实际的参考意义。 In this paper the vibration analysis of the framework structure of coal washing plant is carried out.By frequency spectrum analysis of structural vibration signal,it is found that the main frequency range of vibration signal is in the first frequency-intensive area of reinforced concrete floor structure.And it is concluded that the violent vibration of the structure is due to resonance.This shows that as long as the first frequency-intensive area of the building cover system is modified to the main frequency range far from the vibration source,the vibration of the building floor can be effectively reduced to a safe level.The conclusion of this study also has practical guidance for the design of the same type of structure.
