摘要
详细分析了无损检测技术的原理、特点及应用范围,并以省内某市钢箱梁跨线桥焊缝无损检测为研究对象,借助超声波无损检测技术对焊缝病害进行检测,获取了桥梁钢结构的缺陷情况,实践应用表明,无损检测技术在钢结构焊缝检测中具有较好的实际应用意义和价值。
This paper analyzes nondestructive testing technology in detail,and takes the non-destructive testing of the weld of a steel box girder overpass bridge in a certain city in Shanxi province as the research object,inspects the weld defects with the aid of ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology,obtains the defect situation of the bridge steel structure,and the practice should be done.The application shows that the nondestructive testing technology has a good practical significance and value in the welding seam detection of steel structure.
