获各琦铜矿充填站提高尾砂利用率的实践

摘要 获各琦铜矿充填站采用"浓缩-分级-胶结充填"的生产工艺,对铜选尾砂进行利用,减少了尾矿的排放。根据尾砂的化学性质和粒级分布的特点,对比FX150-GX和?350旋流器的分级效果,利用FX150-GX旋流器组的分级尾砂,实验胶结充填体的含水率、体积变化和抗压强度等技术参数达到充填采矿的要求。经校核,充填站接收分级尾砂提高了65.6m3/h,涨幅51.37%,提高了充填站对铜选尾砂的利用率。 The Huogeqi copper mine filling station adopts the production process of"concentration-classification-cementing filling",which makes use of copper tailings and reduces the discharge of tailings.According to the characteristics of chemical properties and particle size distribution of tailings,the classification effects of FX 150-GX and 350 cyclones are compared,and the technical parameters such as water content,volume change and compressive strength of cemented backfill are tested to meet the requirements of filling mining by using graded tailings of FX 150-GX cyclone group.After checking,the reception of graded tailings by filling station has increased by 65.6 m^3/h,or 51.37%,which improved the utilization rate of copper tailings in filling stations.
