摘要
针对某伴生铜锌硫铁矿矿石性质,试验确定优先浮选工艺流程。磨矿细度为-0.075mm占90%;SK207为铜矿物的有效捕收剂;NS与硫酸锌组合抑制闪锌矿,试验获得铜精矿含铜品位为23.58%,铜回收率为81.15%;锌精矿含锌品位为35.62%,锌回收率为72.59%;硫精矿含硫品位为49.01%,硫回收率为91.30%。
According to the properties of an pyrite ore associated copper and zinc,the preferential flotation process was determined.Test conditions were as follows,the grinding fineness of 90%passing 0.075 mm,SK 207 as effective collector for copper mineral,and combination reagents of NS and zinc sulfate as depressant for sphalerite.Finally the copper concentrate with the grade of 23.58%and recovery of 81.15%,the zinc concentrate with the grade of 35.62%,and recovery of 72.59%and the sulphur concentrate with the grade of 49.01%and recovery of 91.30%were obtained.
