铝抬包梁用自动开闭式翻转调整装置的研究

摘要 本文介绍了铝抬包的作用和基本结构,铝抬包的使用情况,以及对铝抬包清理的发展历程和过程进行了阐述,指出当前铝抬包机械清理过程中存在的问题,提出了设计自动翻转调整装置的需求。针对铝抬包清理过程中存在的问题,提出了翻转调整装置设计应具备的基本功能需求。根据功能需求提出了一种实现该功能的主要结构形式,并详细介绍了翻转调整装置中关键部分的夹持结构及其自动响应动作方式。同时对该翻转调整装置的主要配套选型进行了举例计算。针对结构设计,利用现代有限元分析方法,计算了主要承载部分夹持机构的主要零部件的刚度和强度。最后,针对现有铝电解厂的应用情况,强调了该翻转调整装置的经济性和效益,为完善自动化设备提供支持,大大提高效率和降低劳动强度。 This paper introduces the function and basic structure of aluminium ladle lifting,the use of aluminium ladle lifting,and the development course and process of cleaning aluminium ladle lifting.The existing problems in cleaning process of aluminium ladle lifting machine.Aiming at the problems existing in the cleaning process of aluminium ladle lifting,are pointed out,and the requirement of designing automatic flip adjustment device is put forward.The basic functional requirements for the design of flip adjustment device are put forward.According to the function requirement,a main structure form to realize the function is put forward,and the clamping structure of the key parts of the flip adjustment device and its automatic response action mode are introduced in detail.At the same time,an example is given to calculate the main matching type selection of the overturning adjustment device.Aiming at the structural design,the stiffness and strength of the main parts of the clamping mechanism of the main bearing part are calculated by using the modern finite element analysis method.electrolysis plant,the economy and benefit of the flip adjustment device are emphasized,which can provide support for the improvement of automation equipment,greatly improve efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
