优化废石周转过程实现精细化管理

摘要 为了推行井下采场精细化管理,降低采矿成本,井下实现废石不出坑,可为企业创造巨大财富。井下废石周转还需进一步完善。例如,-767中段15、16采场面积为4 800m2,如果仅利用电机车由固定区域倒运废石充填,不但延长充填时间还损耗大量财力、物力。因此,通过对15、16采区域改造,实现与废石周转系统无设备对接,提高充填效率,这一改造也在实际生产中取得良好效果。 HongtoushanCopper-Zinc Mining Company has created tremendous wealth for the enterprise since the realization of nowaste rocks discharged from the underground mine in 2012.However,there are still some shortcomings in the process of waste rock turnover,such as the distance between waste rock turnover warehouses and filling operation locations are very far.If waste rock filling systemgetting waste rocks fromfixed waste rock turnover warehouses,it will not only prolong filling operation time,but also consume a lot of financial,material and labour resources.Therefore,through partial modification of filling stopes,no equipment connection with waste rock turnover system is realized.By using this system,the filling efficiency is improved and the cost is reduced.
