Application and Enlightenment of Data Analysis in NBA

为适应数据急剧增长时期高端职业联赛数据分析与服务供给的发展需求,提升中国篮球职业联赛的数据分析与运用水平,采用文献资料、调查和观察等研究方法对美国篮球职业联赛数据统计发展历程、官方网站数据统计页面、球员追踪技术、投篮热力图分析技术、Synergy技术和机器学习技术等主要科技手段进行研究,并对我国篮球职业联赛数据进行分析并提出与应用启示。结果表明:1)科技融合篮球数据分析在NBA球队建设、训练监控、比赛策略、裁判判罚等领域具有现实意义;2)发现CBA联赛数据运用过程中的问题,提出了强化CBA联赛重视数据分析意识、完善CBA联赛数据统计类型和数据查询系统、建立球队赛季比赛详情记录、加强CBA联赛与国内外数据分析公司的合作、重视数据分析人才培养、引进先进数据技术分析设备、建立健全CBA联赛数据管理制度等优化提升策略。

In order to adapt to the development needs of data analysis and service provision in high-end professional leagues during the period of rapid data growth,and to improve the data analysis and application level of China Basketball Professional League,this paper uses the literature review,investigation and observation method to develop the statistics of American basketball professional league statistics.The main technical means such as the official website data statistics page,player tracking technology,shooting heat map analysis technology,Synergy technology and machine learning technology are studied,and the data analysis and technology melting development of China Basketball Professional League are enlightened.The results show that 1)Science and technology integration basketball data analysis has practical significance in NBA team construction,training monitoring,competition strategy,referee judgment and other fields;2)discovering problems in the application process of CBA league data,and putting forward the emphasis on data analysis in CBA league consciousness,perfect CBA league data statistics type and data query system,establish team season game details record,strengthen cooperation between CBA league and domestic and foreign data analysis companies,attach importance to data analysis talent training,introduce advanced data technology analysis equipment,establish and improve CBA league optimization and improvement strategy such as data management systems.
