扣件刚度对车辆-轨道-桥梁耦合系统频率响应的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为了研究扣件刚度变化对车辆-轨道-桥梁耦合系统频率响应的影响,基于车辆-轨道-桥梁耦合动力学理论,运用动柔度法建立车辆-轨道-桥梁垂向耦合振动频域分析模型,分析扣件刚度变化对车体、转向架、轮对、钢轨和桥梁振动响应的影响。计算结果表明:扣件刚度的变化对车体、转向架的振动影响较小,对轮对、钢轨和桥梁的振动影响较大。随着扣件刚度的增大,车辆-轨道-桥梁耦合系统在频域小于20Hz范围内的低频振动响应基本不变,20~63Hz之间的振动响应略微减小,63 Hz以上的振动响应则增大。轮对、钢轨和桥梁的振动加速度都显著增大,振动频率也向高频方向发生偏移。而且桥梁振动峰值频率是由轮轨耦合共振频率决定的。 In order to analyze effects of fastener stiffness on the frequency response of vehicle-track-bridge coupling system,based on the theories of vehicle-track-bridge coupling system dynamics,the frequency domain analysis model of a coupled vehicle-track-bridge system is established using the dynamic flexibility method.And effects of fastener stiffness on the vibration response of vehicle body,vehicle bogie,wheel set,rail and bridge are analyzed.Results show that the influence of fastener stiffness on vehicle body and vehicle bogie is little and it influences wheel set,rail and bridge a lot.With the increase of fastener stiffness,the vibration response of coupling system goes stronger in the frequency band of 63 Hz above,but the vibration response in the frequency band of 20-63 Hz gets a little weaker and it shows nearly no influence on the vibration response in the frequency band of 20 Hz below.As fastener stiffness increases,the vibration acceleration of wheel set,rail and bridge all increase considerably and the vibration frequency shifts to a higher frequency range.And the vibration peak frequency of bridge is determined by the wheel-rail resonance frequency.
