坚持改革开放 推进法治中国建设

Persisting in Reform and Opening up to Promote the Construction of the Rule of Law in China

经过40年的改革开放,特别是党的十八大后,我国的法治建设已经步入正轨,进入了前所未有的发展时期。我们必须在坚持改革开放的同时,继续推进法治中国建设。本文结合党的十八大、十八届三中和四中全会、十九大等重要会议精神,从确立新的执政理念,坚持法治国家、法治政府、法治社会一体建设,确立法治和宪法的崇高地位,重新认识法治与改革关系,推动法治体系化,深化行政执法体制改革,深化司法体制改革等方面做了集中论述。

After forty years'reform,especially after the 18th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party,China has been on the right track for the establishment of the Rule of Law,and has already been in an unprecedented period of development.Consequently,we should persist in reform and opening up,and at the same time,continue to promote the Rule of Law in China.This Article concentrates on the relevant issues in accordance with the spirit of the 18th and 19th National Congresses of the CCP as well as their relevant plenary sessions,such as establishing new ideas of assuming power,persisting in Integration construction of the country,government and society under the rule of law,establishing the lofty position of constitution and the Rule of Law,rediscovering the relationship between reform and the Rule of Law as well as how to deepen the reforms of administrative enforcement system and judicial system.
