Study on Quality and Efficiency Improvement of Public Procurators' Political Training under Judicial System Reform

检察官政治培训作为提升政治素质、推进队伍建设的关键举措,面对司法体制改革对检察官政治素质提出的新要求,以及新时代检察官政治培训的新定位,需要紧紧围绕与时俱进、以人为本、综合施策、问题导向、固本强基等五个方面提升政治培训质效,增强检察官政治素质,为建设忠诚、廉洁、勇于担当的高素质检察官队伍,实现让人民群众在每一起司法案件中都感受到公平正义提供有力的思想政治保证。

Public prosecutors’political training is a key measure to improve their political quality and promote the team building.In order to meet the new requirements on the political quality of prosecutors under the judicial system reform,as well as the new positioning of prosecutors'political training in the new era,it is necessary to enhance the quality and efficiency of political training from five perspectives,which are keeping pace with the times,being people-oriented,seeking multi-pronged solutions,being problem-oriented,and consolidating the foundation,so as to improve the political quality of public prosecutors,to build a team of highquality prosecutors who are loyal,cleanand responsible,as well as to provide strong ideological and political guarantee that make people feel fairness and justice in every case.
