On the Reform of Management Regulation of the Property Involved in Criminal Cases

刑事涉案财物管理在刑事涉案财物的处置程序中具有特殊重要的意义。当前我国刑事涉案财物的管理实践存在不少问题,有必要进行改革。从改革的目标定位出发,应当考虑建立涉案财物的集中管理模式,并且在管理环节、保管规则、处理出库、资产管理等方面进行系统完善和制度创新。

The management of the property involved in criminal cases is of special significance in criminal procedure.At present,there are many problems in the practice of property management in China,which need to be reformed urgently.Starting from the objective orientation of the reform,to establish a centralized management mode of the property involved in criminal cases should be considered,Meanwhile,carry out systematic improvement and institutional innovation in the aspects of management links,custody rules,disposal,asset management,and so on.
