摘要
随着社会经济的发展和机械化生产的进步,经过优化后的机械压力机可以具备更高的工作效率,并且有效改善锻冲阶段滑块的最大速度和形成速比系数。基于此,以机械压力机六连杆机构作为研究对象,对机械压力机性能要求加以分析,分别从位移分析和速度分析两方面详细阐述机械压力机六连杆机构的运动情况,并根据实际情况参考有关数据,探究机械压力机六连杆机构优化建模方法。同时使用多种算法组合优化计算,与初始设计相比,得出机械压力机六连杆机构优化设计满足预期效果。
With the development of social economy and the progress of mechanized production,the optimized mechanical press has higher working efficiency,and the maximum speed and forming speed ratio coefficient of the slider have been improved.Based on this,this paper takes the sixbar mechanism of the mechanical press as the research object,analyzes the performance requirements of the mechanical press,elaborates the motion of the six-bar mechanism of the mechanical press from the displacement analysis and the speed analysis,and explores the six-bar mechanism of the mechanical press according to the actual situation and referring to the relevant data.Mechanism optimization modeling,using a variety of algorithms combination optimization calculation,and then compared with the initial design,get the expected effect of six-bar mechanism optimization design of mechanical press.
