从国家新能源补贴政策调整入手,阐述当前新能源客车的发展状况和国家相关要求,论述减重设计的重要意义,然后分析减重设计的三个主要途径,即材料、结构和工艺的轻量化设计,并对当前客车行业主要的轻量化材料进行详细介绍。

Starting with the adjustment of national new energy subsidy policy,this paper expounds the current development of new energy bus and the relevant requirements,discusses the importance of weight-reduction design,and then analyzes three main ways of weight-reduction design:lightweight materials,structures and processes,and lightweight materials are introduced in detail.
