混匀取料机取料能力提升改造的可行性探讨

Feasibility Study on Upgrading of Reclaiming Capacity of Blending Reclaimer

本研究按照混匀取料机取料能力提升的改造要求,分析了取料能力的关联因素,提出了提升取料能力的改造方案,通过计算斗轮转速、斗容和斗子个数等参数,以及分析以上参数与取料能力的变化关系,校核出最简单合理的取料办法,并论证了斗轮转速与取料能力的关系及改造的可行性。本研究适合混匀取料机机型,为其能力提升改造提供了一定的参考意义。

According to the transformation requirements of the material retrieving capacity of the mixing and reclaiming machine,this paper analyzes the related factors of the reclaiming capacity,and proposes a transformation plan to improve the reclaiming capacity.By calculating the parameters such as the bucket wheel speed,bucket capacity and number of buckets,And analyze the change relationship between the above parameters and the reclaiming capacity,check out the most simple and reasonable reclaiming method,and demonstrate the relationship between the rotation speed of the bucket wheel and the reclaiming capacity and the feasibility of the transformation.This study is suitable for mixing and reclaiming machine models,which provides a certain reference for its ability to improve and rebuild.
