滚筒式烟梗复烤机的设计与应用

Design and Application of Drum Type Tobacco Stem Re Baking Machine

针对现有打叶复烤隧道式网带输送复烤设备能耗高、受热不均匀、占地空间大、设备利用效率低等缺点,设计开发一种滚筒式烟梗复烤干燥设备,该设备主要干燥滚筒、蒸汽加热管、碎烟梗筛分输送装置、补偿热风工艺风机等组成,烟梗在滚筒内直接与烤管和热空气接触进行干燥,同时在烘烤过程中对碎烟梗进行筛分,弥补现有设备的缺点。应用效果表明,烘烤后的烟梗符合工艺要求,能耗低,且设备结构简单,维护成本低。

In view of the shortcomings of existing tunnel belt conveyor and redrying equipment,such as high energy consumption,uneven heating,large space occupied and low equipment utilization efficiency,a roller type tobacco stem redrying and drying equipment is designed and developed,which mainly consists of drying roller,steam heating pipe,tobacco stem screening and conveying device,compensating hot air technology.Fan and other components,tobacco stem in the drum directly contact with the fluecured tube and hot air for drying,while in the baking process to screen broken tobacco stem to solve the shortcomings of existing equipment.The application results showed that the tobacco stem after baking met the technological requirements,low energy consumption,simple equipment structure and low maintenance cost.
