摘要
在机械制造行业中,通常利用夹具对相关零件进行固定,使之占有正确的位置并接受加工或检测。本文主要以车床夹具为研究对象,对其设计基本要求进行讨论,并以当前企业微电机壳生产过程中车削工序的夹具设计为实例,讲述车削夹具设计步骤。
In the machine building industry,fixtures are often used to secure the relevant parts to the correct position and to be processed or tested.In this paper,the lathe fixture is taken as the research object,and the basic requirements of the design are discussed.The design of the turning fixture is described as an example of the fixture design of the turning process in the current micro-motor shell production process.
