Research on Job Shop Scheduling Problem Based on TOC in a Shipyard Cutting Shop

本文在调查某船厂切割加工车间作业计划现状的基础上,应用TOC原理对车间生产计划进行优化,并与现有作业计划进行对比,得出约束理论在船舶制造企业作业计划制定中,具有一定的可行性和优越性。本文对船舶制造企业应用约束理论提高企业竞争力有一定的指导意义。

Based on the investigation of the current situation of the operation plan of a shipyard’s cutting and processing workshop,this paper optimizes the workshop production plan by applying the TOC principle and compares it with the existing operation plan.It is concluded that the constraint theory has certain certainty in the shipbuilding enterprise operation plan formulation.Feasibility and superiority.This paper has certain guiding significance for shipbuilding enterprises to apply the constraint theory to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
