根据国家科技支撑计划"大吨位桥式起重机轻量化技术推广应用与示范"课题任务,进行"小车轨道专用焊接线"工艺装备及工艺研究,通过小车轨道专用焊接线研究,确定小车轨道的焊接型式,制作专用焊接工艺装备,优化工艺参数,从而提高焊接质量及工作效率,减少人工焊接工作量及劳动强度,满足自动化生产作业的要求。

According to the task of the National Science and Technology Support Program“Promotion and Application and Demonstration of Lightweight Technology for Large Tonnage Bridge Cranes”,research on the equipment and technology of“Special Welding Line for Small Car Tracks”,and study on the welding pattern of trolley tracks through the special welding line of trolley tracks.,Produce special welding process equipment,optimize process parameters,thereby improving welding quality and work efficiency,reducing manual welding workload and labor intensity,and meeting the requirements of automated production operations.
