摘要
从生产组织和工艺技术两个角度,结合目前公司FMS产线的现状,分析了若干影响少人化生产模式的关键因素,探讨了如何合理选择适用于少人化的生产模式,制订了若干实施少人化生产模式的应用条件和指导规范。在不增加人力资源成本和不改变主要加工工艺的前提下,FMS产线由原先的两班制转为两班半或三班制少人化生产模式,真正实现整线效率提升。
From the perspective of production organization and process technology,combined with the current status of the company's FMS production line,this paper analyzes several key factors affecting the production mode of minority people,explores how to rationally select the production mode that is suitable for the few people,and develops a number of application conditions and guidelines for implementing the production mode.Under the premise of not increasing the cost of human resources and not changing the main processing technology,the FMS production line has been changed from the original two-shift system to the twoshift or three-shift system with less people,which truly improves the efficiency of the whole line.
