在杂货码头中,因货种和作业方式的不同,要求机械有较强的适应性,以满足不同类型作业需求。本文以履带式挖掘机为研究对象,对多项改造技术进行分析,如将挖掘机上的抓料装置进行改装,将固定驾驶室改造为可升降结构,原车挖斗改造为液压双瓣抓斗,使原本从事舱内及场地作业的挖掘机同时满足火车散货车皮卸车需求,实现一机多用,拓展了履带式液压挖掘机的适用范围。最后经过充分研讨和市场调研,改造方案切实可行,改造后的履带式液压挖掘机得到了广泛应用。

In the grocery terminal,due to the different types of goods and working methods,the machinery is required to have strong adaptability to meet the needs of different types of operations.In this paper,the crawler excavator is taken as the research object,and several transformation techniques are analyzed.For example,the picking device on the excavator is modified,the fixed cab is transformed into a liftable structure,and the original car bucket is transformed into a hydraulic double flap grab.The excavator originally engaged in the cabin and the site operation can meet the demand of the truck bulk truck unloading at the same time,realize the multi-purpose of one machine,and expand the applicable scope of the crawler type hydraulic excavator.Finally,after thorough research and market research,the transformation plan is feasible,and the converted crawler hydraulic excavator has been widely used.
