摘要
针对某电子训练台在运输试验过程中安装架出现局部开裂的问题,运用UG NX10.0软件建立训练台安装架有限元模型,并利用UG高级仿真模块对该支架进行静力学分析和疲劳分析,得出安装架开裂的原因并提出改进方案。对改进后的训练台进行有限元分析及运输性试验,结果表明改进后的训练台结构能有效解决局部开裂的问题。
Aiming at the problem of local cracking of the mounting frame during the transportation test of an electronic training platform,the UG NX10.0 software was used to establish the finite element model of the training platform,and the static analysis and fatigue analysis of the bracket were carried out by using the UG advanced simulation module.The reason for the cracking of the mounting frame is obtained and an improvement plan is proposed.The finite element analysis and transportation test of the improved training platform show that the improved training platform structure can effectively solve the problem of local cracking.
