新生儿诊疗中心常用仪器精细化管理实践

Fine management of instruments commonly used in neonatal clinics

目的:探讨仪器精细化管理在新生儿诊疗中心的应用效果。方法:2016年12月对新生儿诊疗中心仪器使用情况进行基线调查。2017年1—12月,通过组织管理、清单管理、标识管理、定人管理、床单元标配管理、清洁消毒管理等措施,推进仪器的精细化管理,对精细化管理前后医院感染发生率、仪器完好率和故障率进行对比分析。结果:实施精细化管理后,仪器的完好率由78.39%提高至90.25%,故障率由21.61%降至9.75%,医院感染发生率由2.33%降至0.67%,这3项指标与之前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化管理的实施提升了人人参与科室仪器管理的责任意识,降低了由于仪器管理不当引发的医院感染的风险,为切断疾病的传播途径发挥了积极作用。

Objective To explore the application of refined management of instruments and equipment in neonatal clinics.Methods A baseline survey of the use of instruments and equipment in neonatal clinics was conducted in December 2016.From January to December 2017,through measures such as organization management,list management,identification management,personnel management,instruments and equipment allocation management in bed unit as well as cleaning and disinfection management,precision management of instruments and equipment was promoted,and the incidence of hospital infection,equipment completion rate and failure rate were compared and analyzed before and after precision management.Results After the implementation of refined management,the integrity of instruments and equipment increased from 78.39%to 90.25%,the failure rate decreased from 21.61%to 9.75%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of nosocomial infection decreased from 2.33%to 0.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The refined management measures enhance the personnel responsibility awareness for instruments and equipment management,reduce the risk of hospital infection caused by improper management of instruments and equipment,and play an active role in cutting off the transmission of diseases.
