摘要
实验将元蘑菌糠按照0%、10%、20%、30%、40%比例分别添加到腐殖土、普通土中,用于栽培百日草,通过测定百日草的发芽率、株高、开花时间以及土壤中微生物数量来研究元蘑菌糠对百日草生长的影响。实验结果表明:施加10%元蘑菌糠的腐殖土栽培百日草的效果最佳。
In this experiment,Hohenbuehelia serotina fungus chaff was added to humus soil and common soil according to0%,10%,20%,30%and40%respectively,used to cultivate Zinnia elegans Jacq by measuring Zinnia elegans Jacq's Germination rate,plant height and flowering time to study the effects of Hohenbuehelia serotina fungus chaff on the growth of Zinnia elegans Jacq and the amount of microorganism in soil.The results showed that the effect of cultivation of Zinnia elegans Jacq in humus soil with10%Hohenbuehelia serotina fungus chaff was the best.
