金花茶扦插繁殖技术研究

摘要 试验设7个处理,1个对照,重复4次。结果:使用激素的处理组平均成活率均高于对照组,其中双吉尔-GGR6号0.1g+清水1000mL浸泡2h的成活率达97.92%;对照组的平均成活率为70.65%;抽梢率以双吉尔-GGR6号(0.1g+清水1000mL)、"森乐"APT生根粉(5.0g+清水1500mL)、ABT1号生根粉(0.1g+清水1000mL)+黄心土调成糊状、双吉尔-GGR 6号(0.1g+清水1000mL)+黄心土调成糊状、"森乐"APT生根粉(5.0g+清水1500mL)+黄心土调成糊状5个处理的平均抽梢率均显著高于对照,其中"森乐"APT生根粉5.0g+清水1500mL浸泡2h和双吉尔-GGR6号0.1g+清水1000mL浸泡2h2个处理的平均抽梢率分别高达48.72%和46.48%,均显著高于对照的平均抽梢率32.48%。从扦插成活率和扦插后的抽梢率来看,金花茶扦插宜选用双吉尔-GGR6号0.1g+清水1000mL浸泡2h和"森乐"APT生根粉5.0g+清水1500mL浸泡2h这2种处理方法,其成活率、抽梢率均优于其他处理和对照。 In this survey designed seven disposes,one contrast and repeated four times.Result:Average survival rate of using hormone of disposes were higher than contrast,and the survival rate reached up to97.92%of soaking two hours in0.1g GGR6and1000mL water,but the average survival rate was only70.65%of contrast.Comparing the smoke tip rate,there were five disposes and their smoke tip rates both higher than contrast,they respectively were0.1g GGR6and1000mL water,5.0g“Senle”APT root powder and1500mL water,1.0g APT1root powder and1000mL water and yellow clay,0.1h GGR6and lOOmL water and yellow clay,5.0g“Senle”APT root powder and1500mL water and yellow clay.Two of them,the average smoke tip rates were higher than contrast,one was soaking two hours in5.0“Senle”APT root powder and1500mL water,and the other was soaking two hours in0.1g GGR6and1000mL water,their average smoke tip rates respectively48.72%and46.48%,however,the average smoke tie rate of contrast was only32.48%.Analyzing from survival rate and smoke tip rate of cutting,the most suitable cuttings of Camellia nitidissima were soaking two hours in0.1g GGR6and1000mL water and soaking two hours in5.0g“Senle”APT root powder and1500mL water,their survival rate and smoke tip rate both higher than other disposes and contrast.
