急性脑出血患者中胱抑素C、Hcy及神经炎症因子变化的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过观察急性脑出血(Acute cerebral hemorrhage,ACH)患者在不同时期血液中胱抑素C(Cys C)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及神经炎症因子白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的水平,观察其含量变化与ACH的相关性。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测ACH患者血液中Cys C、Hcy及神经炎症因子(IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α)的含量,并与47例正常对照组比较。结果:ACH组患者在急性期和恢复期外周血中Cys C、Hcy及神经炎症细胞因子(IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α)的含量较对照组增高。结论:Cys C、Hcy及神经炎症细胞因子涉及了ACH的发生、发展并可能与它的恢复有关。
