摘要
目的探讨以岗位胜任力为核心的新入职护士规范化培训体系的构建。方法选取2013—2014年入职我院的新护士作为对照组,采用传统的教学模式,选取2015—2016年入职我院的新护士为观察组,采取以岗位胜任力为核心的新入职护士培训方案进行培训。规范化培训结束后,对护士的岗位胜任力、责任护士工作质量进行测评。结果在以岗位胜任力为核心的规范化培训体系下培训的新入职护士较传统培训下的新入职护士在岗位胜任力、责任护士工作质量方面有显著提升。结论以岗位胜任力为核心的规范化培训提高了护士综合素质,可有效提升护理质量。
Objective To explore the construction of a standardized training system for newly recruited nurses with post competency as the core.Methods New nurses who were recruited in our hospital from 2013 to 2014 were selected as the control group,and they were adopted the traditional teaching mode,new nurses who were recruited in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were selected as the observation group,and new nurses were adopted the training programmes with post competency as the core.After the standardized training,the position competency of nurses and the work quality of responsible nurses were evaluated.Results Position competency of newly recruited nurses and work quality of responsible nurses,who trained under the standardized training program,had a significant improvement compared with those who trained with traditional training methods.Conclusion Standardized training with post competency as the core has improved comprehensive qualities of nurses and nursing effect.
