摘要
目的研究急危重症护理学机械通气教学中TBL联合CBL教学模式的临床教学效果。方法选择纳入我校2016级本科护理学专业重症医学科实习学生64人,每个班32人。将学生按照班级分为两组,试验组采用团队为基础的教学方法(team-based learning,TBL)联合教学案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL),对照组采用传统讲授式教学(lecture-based learning,LBL)。学习结束后,对比两组学生的理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩。结果试验组学生理论考核与实践考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 TBL结合CBL教学模式在急危重症护理学机械通气教学中应用效果显著,可以提高学生学习能力。
Objective To study the clinical teaching effect of TBL combined with CBL teaching model in mechanical ventilation teaching of critical and severe nursing.Methods 64 intern students of intensive medicine department in grade 2016 undergraduate nursing major were selected,32 students in each class.The students were divided into two groups according to the different classes.The experimental group was performed the teambased teaching method(team-based learning,TBL)combined with teaching case teaching method(case-based learning,CBL).The control group was performed the traditional teaching method(lecture-based learning,LBL).At the end of the study,the theoretical and practical results of the two groups of students were compared.Results The scores of theoretical and practical examination in the experimental group were significantly higher than those the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TBL combined with CBL teaching model in mechanical ventilation teaching of critical and severe nursing has a remarkable effect on improving students’learning ability.
