摘要
神经病学内容繁多、枯燥、深邃且抽象,对学生的动手能力和分析问题的能力要求很高,传统教学难以调动学生们学习的积极性,不利于提高学生们自主解决问题的能力,难以提高神经病学的教学质量。PBL教学模式是一种开放式的教学模式,是基于现实世界的以学生为中心、以教师为引导的教学模式,其实质是以学生自主学习为中心的小组讨论式学习,其优势和重点是充分调动学生们学习的积极性,令学生不断发现新问题,启发学生自主解决问题,从而培养学生们解决现实问题的能力。在神经病学的教学中,开展PBL教学模式能有效培养出更多具备理论创新和解决临床实际问题能力的开拓型复合人才。
Neurology has a wide range of contents,and is boring,profound as well as abstract.It requires a high level of students'practical ability and ability to analyze problems.Traditional teaching is difficult to mobilize students'enthusiasm for learning and is not conducive to improving students'ability to solve problems independently,which is difficult to improve the teaching quality of Neurology.PBL teaching model is an open teaching model.It is a student-centered and teacher-guided teaching model based on the real world.It’s essence is a group discussion study centered on students'autonomous learning.It’s advantages and emphasis are to fully mobilize students'enthusiasm for learning.Besides,students can find new problems constantly and be inspired to solve problems independently,to cultivate students’ability to solve practical problems.In the teaching of neurology,the development of PBL teaching mode can effectively cultivate more pioneering compound talents with the ability of theoretical innovation and solving practical clinical problems.
