以岗位胜任力为导向的提高针灸临床实践能力的探讨

当前,医学专业的毕业生在实习、就业过程中会暴露出很多问题,主要是实践能力因素,引起医学界对医学生岗位胜任力进行大力研究。尤其是针灸临床操作方面,基于岗位胜任力为导向,以临床实践教学为根基来实现医学生各方面实践能力,如团队合作、职业道德、医学基本理论化知识、人文关怀、综合科研方面的能力及素质。通过成立针灸临床实践教学小组,制定教学内容和临床操作规范,进行有目标、有针对性的针灸临床实践训练,进行针灸临床实践的考核评估教学效果,来培养和提高学生(住院医师)针灸临床实践能力。最终,医学生在实践中岗位胜任能力得到改善。

At present,medical graduates expose some problems during internship and employment process,mainly practical ability factors,thus leading to the carry out of research on post competency of medical students.In particular,in the clinical operation of acupuncture and moxibustion,the ability and quality of all aspects of practical ability of medical students,such as teamwork,professional ethics,basic theoretical knowledge of medicine,humanistic care,and comprehensive scientific research,is realized based on job competency and clinical practice teaching.Through the establishment of acupuncture and moxibustion clinical practice teaching group,the development of teaching content and clinical operation specifications,targeted acupuncture and moxibustion clinical practice training,acupuncture and moxibustion clinical practice evaluation teaching effect,to cultivate and improve the ability of clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion students.Finally,the competency of medical students has been improved in practice.
