摘要 人工智能快速发展并广泛应用到医学相关领域,同时也为神经外科教学手段的丰富和教学质量的提高提供了契机。脑部疾病的诊断主要依赖于影像学检查,面对诊断困难的疾病,医学生往往认识不够全面;对于需要手术治疗的疾病,因医疗要求和患者期望的双重提高,年轻的神经外科医生较难入手。文章主要从人工智能在"虚拟病人"学习系统、影像学辅助诊断及手术决策及模拟等三方面的应用潜能进行阐述,说明人工智能在神经外科医学生学习教育中的重要作用和意义。 Artificial intelligence develops rapidly and is widely used in medical related fields.It also provides an opportunity for the enrichment of teaching methods and the improvement of teaching quality of neurosurgery.The diagnosis of brain diseases mainly depends on imaging examination.Facing difficult diagnosis,medical students often do not fully understand;for diseases that require surgical treatment,it is difficult for young neurosurgeons to meet the double requirements of medical requirements and patient expectations.In this paper,the application potential of artificial intelligence in virtual patient learning system,imaging assisted diagnosis and surgical decision and simulation are discussed,and the important role and significance of artificial intelligence in medical students'learning education are explained.
