静脉麻醉在消化内镜微创治疗中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Intravenous Anesthesia in Minimally Invasive Treatment of Digestive Endoscopy

目的探讨静脉麻醉在消化内镜微创治疗中的应用效果。方法将2016年1月—2017年3月90例消化内镜微创手术患者按照随机数字表法分组。对照组用采用表面麻醉,观察组采用静脉麻醉。比较两组消化内镜微创手术麻醉有效率;并发症发生率;干预前后患者生命体征情况;消化内镜检查依从性、患者疼痛程度。结果观察组消化内镜微创手术麻醉有效率高于对照组,P <0.05;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,P <0.05;干预前两组平均动脉压和血氧饱和度水平相近,P> 0.05;干预后观察组平均动脉压和血氧饱和度波动较小,P <0.05。观察组消化内镜检查依从性、患者疼痛程度优于对照组,P <0.05。结论静脉麻醉在消化内镜微创手术麻醉中的效果确切,可更好地维持检查过程中的生命体征稳定,减轻患者疼痛和提高其检查的依从性,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To investigate the application of intravenous anesthesia in the minimally invasive treatment of digestive endoscopy.Methods From January 2016 to March 2017,90 patients with minimally invasive endoscopic surgery were grouped according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with topical anesthesia and the observation group was treated with intravenous anesthesia.The anesthesia efficiency of the two groups of digestive endoscopic minimally invasive surgery was compared;the incidence of complications;the vital signs of patients before and after intervention;the compliance of digestive endoscopy and the degree of pain of patients.Results The anesthesia rate of digestive endoscopic minimally invasive surgery was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The mean arterial pressure and blood oxygen saturation levels were similar between two groups before the intervention.P>0.05;the mean arterial pressure and blood oxygen saturation fluctuations in the observation group were lighter than control group after intervention,P<0.05.The compliance of digestive endoscopy and the degree of pain of the patients in observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Intravenous anesthesia is effective in the minimally invasive surgery of digestive endoscopy.It can better maintain the vital signs during the examination,reduce the pain of patients and improve the compliance of the examination,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
