前牙修复采用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复的效果探究

Research on the Effect of Zirconium Dioxide All Ceramic Crown Restoration on Anterior Teeth Restoration

目的分析前牙修复采用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复的效果。方法选择本院于2014年5月—2017年5月收治的60例(88颗)前牙修复患者为研究主体,随机划分为A组和B组,分别是30例(46颗)和30例(42颗)。A组给予二氧化锆全瓷冠修复。B组给予金属烤瓷冠修复,对比修复效果。结果 A组的牙龈色泽、边缘密合度均优于B组,牙龈炎症发生率低于B组,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论为前牙修复患者行二氧化锆全瓷冠修复可保证牙龈的正常色泽,提高其边缘密合度,且牙龈炎症的发生率低。

Objective To analyse the effect of zirconium dioxide all ceramic crown restoration on anterior teeth restoration.Methods 60 patients(88 teeth)with anterior teeth restoration treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2017 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into group A and group B,30 cases(46 teeth)and 30 cases(42 teeth)respectively.Group A was given zirconium dioxide all ceramic crown restoration.Group B was given porcelain-fused-to-metal restoration.The restoration effects were compared.Results The gum color and edge adhesion of group A were better than those in group B(P<0.05).The incidence of gingival inflammation in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Zirconium dioxide all ceramic crown restoration for patients with anterior teeth restoration can ensure normal gingival color,improve the marginal tightness and has low incidence rate of gingivitis.
