摘要
目的比较分析经乳晕切口治疗乳腺良性疾病中采用真空辅助微创旋切系统与传统手术的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年1月—2017年12月收治的乳腺良性疾病患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机双盲法分为对照组与观察组,每组患者40例,对照组采取传统手术方案治疗,观察组采取经乳晕切口实施真空辅助微创旋切系统手术治疗。记录两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、切口愈合时间、切口瘢痕长度以及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者在手术时间、术中出血量、切口愈合时间、切口瘢痕长度及不良反应发生率上均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在经乳晕切口治疗乳腺良性疾病中采取真空辅助微创旋切系统手术治疗,相比传统手术而言,不仅可以缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,且术后愈合快,瘢痕长度短,安全性高。
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of vacuum-assisted minimally invasive rotation system via areola incision and traditional surgery in the treatment of benign breast disease.Methods Eighty patients with benign breast disease treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random double-blind method.There were 40 patients in each group,the control group was given the treatment of traditional surgery,the observation group was given the surgical treatment of vacuum-assisted minimally invasive rotation system via areola incision.The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,healing time of incision,length of incision scar,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,healing time of incision,length of incision scar and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The surgical treatment of vacuum-assisted minimally invasive rotation system via areola incision in the benign breast diseases can reduce the operation time and the amount of intraoperative blood loss,achieve faster postoperative healing and shorter scar length,and has more security than the traditional surgery.
