小儿特发性矮小症治疗中重组人生长激素应用的价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析小儿特发性矮小症患者进行治疗时采用重组人生长激素的应用效果。方法选取2016年4月—2017年4月到本院来治疗小儿特发性矮小症的102例患者,将其随机平均分为观察组与对照组,每组51例;对照组患儿实施常规营养支持并补充钙和维生素B,观察组在此基础上加用重组人生长激素治疗,对比两组患儿的疗效。结果治疗结束后,观察组患儿生长速度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组身高和骨龄高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对小儿特发性矮小症患者进行治疗时采用重组人生长激素具有较好的应用价值。 Objective To analyze the effect of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)on children with idiopathic short stature.Methods 102 children with idiopathic dwarfism from April 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nutritional therapy and calcium and vitamin B supplementation,and the observation group was given recombinant human growth hormone treatment on this basis.The curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the observation group was better than the control group in terms of growth rate(P<0.05).The height and bone age of the observation group was slightly higher than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human growth hormone has a good application value in the treatment of children with idiopathic short stature.
