硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压疗效分析

Effficay Analysis of Magnesium Sulfate Combined With Nifedipine in the Treatment of Pregnancy-induced Hypertension

目的研究硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压的临床疗效以及对血清LIF、Apelin水平的影响。方法择取某院就诊的妊娠高血压患者100例,随机分为两组。分别给予硫酸镁、硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗,对比两组治疗效果、血清LIF、Apelin水平情况、血压情况。结果观察组显效40例、血清LIF为(759.58±30.55)ng/L、Apelin水平为(220.58±21.85)ng/L、舒张压为(88.23±6.54)mmHg、收缩压为(125.42±10.57)mmHg;与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压效果较佳。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension and its effect on serum LIF and Apelin levels.Methods One hundred patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted in a hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Magnesium sulphate,magnesium sulphate combined with nifedipine were respectively given the two groups,the therapeutic effect,serum LIF,Apelin levels,and blood pressure of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,40 cases were markedly effective,serum LIF was(759.58±30.55)ng/L,Apelin level was(220.58±21.85)ng/L,diastolic blood pressure was(88.23±6.54)mmHg,and systolic blood pressure was(125.42±10.57)mmHg,the data was compared with the data of the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine has a better effect on pregnancy-induced hypertension.
