铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑对胃溃疡合并胃出血的应用评价

Application and Evaluation of Hydrotalcite Combined With Omeprazole in Gastric Ulcer Complicated With Gastric Bleeding

目的分析治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血采用铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2017年2月—2018年2月收治的胃溃疡合并胃出血患者80例,根据患者入院时间分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组患者给予奥美拉唑治疗,观察组患者给予铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑治疗,两组患者均治疗3个疗程,1个疗程为4周,治疗后对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者显效20例,有效19例,无效1例,总有效例数39例,总有效率97.5%;对照组患者显效15例,有效15例,无效10例,总有效例数30例,总有效率75.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.537 5,P=0.003 4 <0.05)。结论对胃溃疡合并胃出血患者采用铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑治疗,相比单用奥美拉唑治疗,具有显著临床效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of gastric ulcer with gastric bleeding by hydrotalcite combined with omeprazole.Methods 80 cases of gastric ulcer combined with gastric bleeding were selected in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018.According to the time of admission,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group,and the control group was treated with omeprazole,the observation group was treated with hydrotalcite combined with omeprazole,the two groups were treated for 3 courses,and every course was 4 weeks.After treatment,the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results In observation group,20 cases were significant effective,19 cases were effective,1 case was invalid,there were 39 cases of total effective,the effective rate was 97.5%;in control group,15 cases were significant effective,15 cases were effective,10 cases were invalid,there were 30 cases of total effective,the effective rate was 75.0%(χ^2=8.537 5,P=0.003 4<0.05).Conclusion Gastric ulcer with gastric bleeding treated with hydrotalcite combined with omeprazole has significant clinical effect compared with the treatment of single omeprazole.
