影响24小时动态血压监测成功率的原因分析与护理干预 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨影响动态血压监测的原因。方法选择安贞医院高血压科动态血压监测患者702例为对照组,分析影响有效监测的原因;根据分析结果对干预组的758例给予护理干预,比较两组患者动态血压有效监测情况。结果对照组动态血压监测成功率89.3%,77例监测失败,患者因素失败73例,护士因素失败4例;干预组成功率98.02%,15例监测失败,患者因素失败12例,护士因素失败3例。结论患者因素是动态血压监测成功率下降的主要原因,而加强护理干预可以提高有效监测率。 department of Anzhen Hospital,and the influencing monitoring reason was analyzed.758 patients samples were enrolled as intervention group according to the result analysis,and they were given nursing intervention,the monitoring of ambulatory blood pressure of two groups was compared.Results In control group,the successful rate was 89.03%,77 samples had monitoring failure,including patients factors accounted for 73 samples,nursing factors accounted for 4 samples.In intervention group,the successful rate was 98.02%,15 samples had monitoring failure,including patients factors accounted for 12 samples,nursing factors accounted for 3 samples.Conclusion Patients factors playes major roles in monitoring failure,and nursing intervention could improve successful rate of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.
