剖宫产术后应用静脉自控镇痛泵的护理方式分析

Analysis of Nursing Methods of Intravenous Self-Controlled Analgesia Pump After Cesarean Section

目的探讨剖宫产术后应用静脉自控镇痛泵的护理方式。方法将本院2016年3月—2018年1月90例剖宫产产妇随机数字表法分组,两组术后应用静脉自控镇痛泵,对照组施行常规化护理干预,试验组应用整体护理。比较护理效果。结果试验组镇痛效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组术后疼痛评分、出院时间优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);护理后试验组焦虑状态评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论剖宫产术后应用静脉自控镇痛泵的护理方式中整体护理可获得满意效果,可减轻产妇焦虑和疼痛,加速出院,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To explore the nursing methods for intravenous selfcontrolled analgesia pump after cesarean section.Methods A total of 90 puerperae who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from March 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to random numeral table method,the two groups were treated with intravenous patient-controlled analgesia pump.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the experimental group was given holistic nursing.The analgesic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The analgesic effect of the experimental group was superior to that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgical pain score and discharge time of the experimental group were superior to that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the anxiety score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing mode in intravenous self-controlled analgesia pump after cesarean section can obtain satisfactory results,it can reduce the anxiety and pain,accelerate discharge and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
