探究扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者的护理措施

Nursing Measures for Patients With Dilated Cardiomyopathy Combined With Heart Failure

目的探讨扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者接受个体化护理的临床效果。方法选择2014年3月—2016年7月我院收治的扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者69例作为对照组,使用常规护理,同期选取69例扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者作为研究组,使用个体化护理,对两组的护理情况进行对比分析。结果对照组患者的病情缓解率是72.46%,研究组的病情缓解率是89.86%(P <0.05)。对照组患者的日常活动能力、自我照顾能力、家庭成员相处、沟通与交流评分比研究组低(P <0.05)。结论个体化护理模式可以有效改善扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者的生活质量,提升临床护理满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of individualized nursing in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy combined with heart failure.Methods 69 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy combined with heart failure were selected as the control group from March 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital,they were given conventional nursing,69 patients were selected as the study group and given individualized nursing,the nursing of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The remission rate in the control group was 72.46%,and the remission rate in the study group was 89.86%(P<0.05).The points of activities of daily living,self-care ability,the relationship with family members and communication ability in the control group were lower than those in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The individualized nursing mode can effectively improve the quality of life in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy combined with heart failure,and improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing.
