目的分析PDCA护理对心肌梗死患者心理状态的影响。方法从2016年9月—2018年9月我院收治的心肌梗死患者中抽选94例进行研究,采用盲抽法将其分为试验组和对照组。试验组48例,采取PDCA护理;对照组46例,采取常规护理,对比两组患者心理状态。结果护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05;护理后,试验组焦虑评分、抑郁评分均明显低于对照组,t=21.273 0、39.734 3,P=0.000、0.000,差异具有统计学意义。结论在心肌梗死患者治疗过程中采取PDCA护理干预能够有效改善患者心理状态,保证患者能够以最佳的心态配合治疗,提升患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA nursing on psychological status of patients with myocardial infarction.Methods From September 2016 to September 2018,94 patients with myocardial infarction in our hospital were selected and studied.They were divided into experimental group and control group by blind sampling.In the experimental group,48 cases were given PDCA nursing,while in the control group,46 cases were given routine nursing.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups,P>0.05;after nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,t=21.273 0,39.734 3,P=0.000,0.000,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion PDCA nursing intervention in the treatment of myocardial infarction can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,ensure that patients can cooperate with the treatment with the best mentality,improve the quality of life of patients.
