中西医护理对乳腺癌患者术后放疗不良反应的影响

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing on Postoperative Radiotherapy Adverse Reaction in Patients With Breast Cance

目的研究中西医结合护理对乳腺癌患者术后放疗不良反应的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月于我院接受乳腺癌手术后放疗的患者120例,按照随机数表法平均分为两组,其中对照组60例,对患者实施常规护理,观察组60例,对患者实施中西医结合护理,分析护理效果。结果观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在对接受乳腺癌术后放疗患者进行护理时,对患者实施中西医结合护理,患者的不良反应发生率能够得到显著降低,是一种较为理想的乳腺癌术后放疗患者护理方式。

Objective To study the application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on postoperative radiotherapy adverse reaction of breast cancer patients.Methods 120 patients who received postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,60 patients in the control group were given conventional nursing;60 patients in the observation group were given integrated nursing of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The effect of nursing of two groups was analyzed.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients receiving postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer,the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing is better,and the incidence of adverse reactions of patients is lower.It is an ideal nursing mode for postoperative radiotherapy in patients with breast cancer.
