小儿支气管炎优质护理效果观察

Effect of Quality Care on Children Bronchitis

目的总结小儿支气管炎的优质护理方法,观察护理效果。方法将92例支气管炎患儿作为临床研究对象,对患儿从1号到92号进行随机排序,并将序号为双数的患儿划分为优质护理组,将序号为单数的患儿划分为常规护理组,每组患儿46例。对常规护理组患儿实施常规护理,对优质护理组患儿实施优质护理,对比两组患儿的疗效差异,P <0.05。结果经分组护理的实施与治疗效果评价发现,优质护理组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于常规护理组患儿,对比差异具有统计学意义。结论和常规护理相比,通过优质护理的实施,可以改善小儿支气管炎的治疗效果,提高其治疗总有效率。

Objective To summarize the quality care methods of children bronchitis,to observe the nursing effect.Methods 92 cases of bronchitis in children were selected as clinical research objects,the children were randomly sorted from 1 to 92,and children with even number were divided into high quality care group,children with odd number were divided into routine care group,46 children in each group.Routine care was carried out for children in the conventional care group,and quality care was carried out for children in the quality care group.The difference in curative effect between the two groups were compared.Results It was found that the total effective rate of the patients in the quality care group was significantly higher than that in the conventional care group,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with conventional care,the quality care can improve the therapeutic effect of children bronchitis,improve the total effective rate of treatment,and has promotion and practical value.
