经阴道取标本腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的围手术期护理

Perioperative Nursing Effects of NOSES Transvaginal Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Rectal Cancer

目的分析经阴道取标本腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的围手术期护理方法。方法选择2017年6—12月在我院接受经阴道取标本腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术治疗(NOSES)的23例患者,给予术前、术中、术后护理,回顾围手术期的护理效果及经验。结果患者的手术时间为(143.57±15.28)min,术中出血量为(32.81±3.94)ml,肛门排气时间为(59.24±6.31)h,下床活动时间为(37.68±4.25)h,并发症发生率为4.35%(1/23),住院时间为(8.65±0.97)d,患者均顺利康复出院。术后6个月随访,未发现复发与转移,患者生活质量较好。结论经阴道取标本腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术对护理工作的要求较高,加强围手术期护理有利于确保手术顺利进行,减少手术并发症,促进患者术后快速康复。

Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing effects of NOSES transvaginal laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods 23 cases of rectal cancer who received the treatment of NOSES transvaginal laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer from June to December 2017 were selected in our hospital,they were given preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative care,the nursing effects and experience of perioperative care were reviewed.Results The operation time was(143.57±15.28)min,the intraoperative blood loss was(32.81±3.94)ml,the anus ventilation time was(59.24±6.31)h,the time of getting out of bed was(37.68±4.25)h,the complication incidence rate was 4.35%(1/23),the length of hospital stay was(8.65±0.97)d.All the patients were successfully recovered and discharged.Follow-up after 6 months postoperatively,no recurrence or metastasis were found.Conclusion NOSES transvaginal laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer has a higher requirement to nursing,perioperative nursing can ensure the smooth operation,reduce the operative complications,and promote rapid recovery.
