骨化三醇胶丸、碳酸钙D_3咀嚼片联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗老年骨质疏松症疼痛的效果观察

Therapeutic effect of calcitriol capsule, calcium carbonate D_3 chewable tablet and Xianlinggubao capsule on elderly patients with osteoporosis pain

目的:探讨骨化三醇胶丸、碳酸钙D_3咀嚼片联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗老年骨质疏松症(OP)疼痛的效果。方法:选择2016年1月—2017年10月我院收治的90例老年OP疼痛患者,将其分为对照组与研究组各45例。两组治疗期间口服骨化三醇胶丸、碳酸钙D_3咀嚼片。在此基础上,对照组应用鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂,研究组口服仙灵骨葆胶囊。结果:研究组治疗的总有效率为95.56%高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组骨密度高于对照组与治疗前(P<0.05)。VAS评分低于对照组与治疗前(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论 :骨化三醇胶丸、碳酸钙D_3咀嚼片联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗老年OP效果确切,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of calcitriol soft capsule,calcium carbonate D3 chewable tablet combined with Xianlinggubao capsule on pain in elderly patients with osteoporosis(OP).Methods:Ninety elderly patients with OP pain admitted in our hospital from January,2016 to October,2017 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group with 45 cases each.The patients in the two groups were all treated with calcitriol soft capsule and calcium carbonate D3 chewable tablet during the treatment.Besides,the control group was treated with salmon calcitonin nasal spray while the study group with Xianlinggubao capsule.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the study group than the control group(95.56%vs 80.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,bone mineral density was higher and VAS score was lower in the study group than the control group and after treatment than before(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse drug reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Calcitriol soft capsule and calcium carbonate D3 chewable tablet combined with Xianlinggubao capsule are effective in the treatment of OP in elderly patients and are worthy of further clinical practice.
