内镜止血在急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血治疗中的临床价值

Clinical value of endoscopic hemostasis in the treatment of acute non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的 :评估内镜止血在急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血治疗中的临床价值。方法 :选取86例急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各43例,对照组采用常规保守方法治疗,观察组采用内镜止血。结果 :观察组患者止血时间、输血量、住院时间、再出血率均低于对照组,止血成功率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 :将内镜应用到急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的治疗中,能够缩短止血及住院时间,降低输血量、再出血率,提高止血成功率,疗效确切,安全性高。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of endoscopic hemostasis in the treatment of acute non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:Eighty-six patients with acute non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 43 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional conservative therapy and the observation group with endoscopic hemostasis.Results:The hemostasis time,the blood transfusion volume,the hospitalization time and the rebleeding rate were less or lower and the hemostasis rate was higher in the observation group than the control group.Conclusion:The application of endoscopy in the treatment of acute non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding can shorten the hemostasis time and hospital stay,reduce the blood transfusion volume and the rebleeding rate and improve the successful rate of hemostasis with exact efficacy and high safety.
